Terms & Conditions
To place an order through the website, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and resident in the UK.
You must be purchasing as an individual for private use and not as a wholesaler or reseller.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where we believe that they are intended for resale.
The price of any product will be as quoted on the website, except in cases of obvious error.
These prices include VAT and are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom. Prices are liable to change at any time, but (except in cases of obvious error) changes will not affect orders were the process is complete.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. However, it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced.
If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable, and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you.
Very occasionally we may need to cancel an order at our discretion. If this becomes necessary, it will be without charge to you.
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, AMEX & Maestro Debit.
Currently we only deliver to UK postcodes.
Orders will usually be dispatched within 3 working days.
Normal postal lead times are:
UK 4-7 working days, Scottish Highlands and Offshore 5-10 working days.
Please also be advised that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your parcel.
Please allow for a maximum delivery time of 21 days.
We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.
All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Post.

We will not be held liable for any loss caused by you entering your address incorrectly into the website.
FREE DELIVERY to all UK postcodes, if 4 or more items purchased in one order.
Royal Mail Second Class rates will apply to all orders under 4 items.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you wish to return a product.
To cancel your order, before we have dispatched the goods to you, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If goods have been dispatched, you have the right to a refund for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery. This applies to all our products.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or any item is faulty. We recommend you obtain proof of posting.

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The right to return will not apply if the product has been used, or if any seal on the product packaging has been broken, upon return to us. The return must include the original packaging.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned goods. Refunds will only be returned to the original credit / debit card used.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW:
A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. If cancelling within the 48 hour window of your appointment, a 50% fee of scheduled services is required to be paid when cancelling.
If you do not show up for your appointment, a 50% fee of the scheduled service missed is required to be paid prior to rebooking.
