Never experienced a haircutting experience this great. Phoned up this morning desperate for a haircut for a few work events coming up this evening and tomorrow. Fitted me in straight away. Amazing welcome with coffee and a friendly atmosphere. George was amazing gave me a great haircut, a few good tips due to his experience and had a really good chat with him. Definitely going back. Reasonably priced for what you get.

Fantastic. Helped me sort out a haircut from somewhere else that I really wasn’t happy with. Paul was so good at communicating what he was doing and what I could expect, but also so personable and just kinda fun to chat to! Love my hair and absolutely would recommend smiths - ill be going back there for all future cuts!

I gave it 5 stars as its the best hairdresser I have been to since the 80s when I use to go to Trevor Mitchell's in Southampton. Ellie always gives me a good cut and is so kind and always smiling. All the staff are really happy and polite so it is a nice experience going there.

I love Smith. Louise has cut my hair for at least 10 years. She cuts incredibly well, and never fails to transform my hair into a silky, just-how-I-wanted-it style with all the right movement and angles. Always such a brilliant atmosphere in this super friendly, super professional salon, got a real family vibe and everyone is super polite. And Victoria does impeccable colour! Thanks guys 🙌

Victoria did an AMAZING JOB for my half head highlights over the weekend. She achieved exactly what I wanted and even added on some lovely ideas of her own. Has a hair cut today with Mia she was absolutely amazing and brought my hair back to life will definitely be booking with her again my hair was dry with plenty of split ends now my hair is soft and fresh she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and she gave an amazing massage when washing my hair I almost fell asleep

I had Izzy for a balayage. She was absolutely incredible, I have had unsuccessful experiences at a lot of other places in Salisbury and I was really lucky to find Izzy. She listened to my needs and i feel as if I’ve gained my confidence back with my new hair. She is absolutely incredible , patient and really friendly .

Had a hair cut and wash with Jessy, and she was amazing. I love having appointments at Smith England as I feel special, not just another client. From the moment I walk in, I feel calmer and relaxed. 10/10 would recommend, and my hair can be very fussy and difficult as it’s curly/wavy, but Jessy always manages to tame it and make it look fab. My daughter came in today with pictures of how she would like her hair done. She wasn't confident enough to say she didn't like it and wanted it shorter but stylist continued to cut and style it her way and made no reference to the style she wanted.

I went to Smiths today for the first time, i have very curly hair and am always a nervous client having had my fair share of bad experiences in the past! I booked and paid for highlights and cut and blow dry online. The system was easy to navigate and I would definitely do it again. My hair appointment ran so smoothly. The staff are extremely polite and listened to my every need. I came out feeling so pleased. Definitely recommend.

Best place to get a cut. Have been going for a while and every time the service has been perfect. All the staff are friendly. The place has a good atmosphere in which you can relax and I can trust the staff to provide the best service. Georges skin fade is second to none and blends the top in really well. If I want to change the style up he can advise and deliver no dramas.

Jon has done an amazing job of my hair. I haven’t had a proper haircut in well over 18 months, the condition of my hair was shocking to say the least, I was quite anxious and embarrassed when I first arrived. Jon didn’t make me feel bad about this in anyway, reassuring me he’s seen much worse and was lovely and professional. Thank you Jon. I promise I won’t leave it so long next time.

Yet again a really good haircut from George, the place is friendly, welcoming and always a nice place to get the locks trimmed - and the head massage is by far the best bit.

I went into the Salisbury salon today for colouring and cut. Jade was amazing, and very creative with the range of colours used. I couldn't be more thankful. The team ensured there were magazines and endless supply of tea while I waiting for the colour to develop. I felt in trusted and safe hands through the whole appointment and nothing was too much.

Just to say that George at Toni and Guy Salisbury is an absolute genius with hair and I am so happy with the high fade long cut top he did for me today! Highly recommended for a truly decent cut. Made me feel at home and advised me on what would look best for me 😉 Absolute legend!!

If you want a fantastic men's haircut ask for George. I've been going every four weeks for three years and I could not recommend him more. I now travel over an hour for this haircut it's that good.

I went for a haircut and the cut and service were both fantastic. Annabel was very helpful and gave really useful advice in all of the questions that I had, she was easy to talk to and I'm very happy with the end result of my hair.

Best salon I've been to and I've tried A LOT! Alice always does a fantastic job; she always packs heaps of highlights in and they're always right to the root. The rest of the girls are lovely and they always find time to get you an appointment even at late notice.

I booked a cut and finish with the graduate hairdresser this morning I think that the lady who cut my hair is called Rhiannon? Anyway I went in with a couple of pictures of what I wanted, she looked as she knew what she was doing, appeared very professional,she paid good attention to detail and I got exactly what I wanted, and I'm really really happy with what I got, will definitely come back for my next haircut.

Had highlights and lowlights with Kelly, so pleased with how my hair colour came out, mellowed it out so roots won't be so harsh growing out. Looks classey and thanks for my fringe trim too, great hair colour as usual Kelly your a star xx

First time in there ,I’ve just walked in and popped a question if they take customers without appointment in advance, one of the members of the staff quickly checked the schedule and booked me in less than an hour. I have always hated having my haircut but since going to Toni&guy Salisbury my feelings have definitely changed. Lois is the most amazing hairdresser I would highly reccomend her, she makes going to the hairdresser a pleasure not a chore anymore!
